Booking Cancellations & Refunds

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with no cancellation charges, and you will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, a one-day rental charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No-Show: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Early Return Policy

If you return the car before the agreed rental period ends, rental charges for the unused days are non-refundable.

However, any security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after inspection.

Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method (Bank Transfer / Cash).

Non-Refundable Charges

Fuel charges, tolls, traffic fines, or any damage-related costs are non-refundable.

In case of contract violation (e.g., misuse of vehicle, driving under influence, or breaching rental agreement), no refund will be provided.

Security Deposit

If a security deposit was collected, it will be refunded after the car is returned and inspected, provided no damages, fines, or violations are found
